About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated Customer Success Associate. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, is results-driven, and possesses strong communication skills. In this role, you will be the heart of our customer experience — building lasting relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Your key focus areas will include increasing center sales, acquiring new customers, maintaining accounts, expanding our footprint within existing accounts, and creating a positive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Maintains a professional appearance and ensures all clients have a positive customer experience
Act as a primary contact for clients and proactively identifies the customer needs and recommends appropriate products or services
Be highly responsive to customer inquiries
Communicate courteously with customers though email, over the phone, and in person
Assist customers with the resolution of any problems that may arise
Have a full understanding of pricing and be able to create and follow up on printing, signage, and marketing materials estimates
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate print and marketing project fulfillment on a regular basis
Review customer files to ensure production quality and accuracy
Track and manage customer orders, timelines, and follow-ups using CRM tools
Identify new sales opportunities, build relationships, and develop repeat customers
Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and urgency

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or a client-facing role
Experience in print, marketing, or graphic design industries is a major plus.
Have strong verbal and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask efficiently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with attention to detail
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset
Knowledge of Printsmith estimating software a big PLUS

Compensation: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
